Went fishing with the owners son Justin (Fishers of Men Guided) *check it out* and he recommended this place. Was a great place to go after hours on the lake. Best food and customer service. Great vibe too. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll go out of my way to get another bite to eat here.
We have been to this resturant for nearly 50 years. Have always loved their food, especially the sour slaw and tartar sauce. They had a resturant in Hickory, we used to go to. I would drive 45 minutes for take out. We love it that much.

For those of you who aren't old enough to remember what a "fish camp" is, this is it! 3rd generation of family ownership. Scratch-made tartar sauce, onion rings slaw and hush puppies. Catfish fillet meal is strips, not a full slab. Still delicious; not greasy, and batter was not over-salty. Service was a slow for the size crowd. Server was managing 4 tables with total of 7 people.
