He acted beyond a courteous standard, and took the time to check with me if I wanted anything more / if my order was right before I left. He is an absolute beast of an employee and I can only pray that he is treated as such. He’s a hard type to come by.“

“Y'all, it's a deli counter inside a gas station. If you understand that going in and adjust your expectations accordingly, you'll have a MUCH better day. The food is BANGIN' though, so stop by, fill up your tank, get you some biscuits and gravy, and take it to the beach for some soul food in the sand.“

“I had the best veggie Subway sub I have ever had while visiting Nags Head. I regularly have a Subway veggie sub three times a month at my favorite place and local shop, while very good, can't compare. The young woman who prepared it was very polite, smiling and friendly and piled on a volume of each of my vegetables. The sandwich was so thick I couldn't finish the whole 12-inch sub in one sitting which is a rarity. Everything was fresh and the bread was perfect. We go to OBX every year and I know where I'll be getting my lunch!“
