“Visited Matthews, NC few days ago and had lunch here. The food was awesome (I had Jalapeno Poppers and Peter Piper burger), and so was the beer selection (I had a really good blonde ale (cannot recall the name unfortunately)). Service was great, and washrooms were clean. The place has a really cool vibe to it, looks like one would feel at home there while watching sports on one of the many screens.“

“Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Anju. We started with the seafood pancake which was actually more of a waffle. I prefer the traditional pancake but the waffle was good too. Next we split two entrees. We went with the bulgogi of course because it’s a classic. Also tried the spicy stir fried squid off the pop up menu. Loved this surf and turf combination. The cheesecake was the perfect ending. Great service too!“

“Solid coffee spot. There’s a decent amount of space inside, but it does get packed. Parking’s easy plenty of spots which makes it convenient. I grabbed an iced vanilla latte it was good, not my favorite, but solid. 4/5. I’ll need to come back and try the food.“

“Brazilian Way Sports Bar is a fantastic spot in Matthews! They just reopened by a new administration! The lively atmosphere, authentic live music, and delicious Brazilian food make every visit special. The staff are welcoming and attentive, and there’s always a great vibe—whether you’re watching a game, listening to great music or just hanging out. Highly recommend for a fun night out. Kids are also welcomed :)“
“This is a very nice brewery. Pub. Service was great. Nice location but make sure you know where to enter to park. We enjoyed our beer. They have a nice outdoor area. We needed to sit there because we came with three Greyhounds. The server was quick to come out and turn the heat on. They look like they have a good selection of food trucks. Plus there is a great pizza place close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.“

“Craft is my favorite place in Charlotte! I have been visiting for years and the service, food, vibes, and drinks are always 10/10. I also highly recommend for events! I recently hosted my engagement party here and everyone loved it. The service was exceptional. The setup and party boards were perfect. I can’t recommend enough!“

“We have been here several times. We enjoy the outdoor seating when it is warm. Today Amanda served us. She was excellent. The food was great. My wife had the BBQ, which is always yummy. I tried the create your own pizza today and was very satisfied. Our son had grilled chicken. We will definitely be back.“

Note to the staff - PLEASE turn on the AC on 80°+ days 😭 it gets SO HOT even in the evening that we’re overheating during the ~2hr trivia, just miserably hot with no air moving

“So I always come here to see Kelly, she’s the best! But tonight she didn’t work, but still had amazing service. Also want to note I work down the street. I came home tonight and my hands and sweater smells like cinnamon and vanilla. there’s an amazing scent going on in this place. No reason I shouldn’t smell like grease and sweat from my job down the street. Dumbfounded. Maybe their ultra clean bathrooms and soap in there? Idk, but I’m obsessed. About to get the deets on this soap and incense if they use it. I’m sitting here smelling myself“
“Katy was Amazing. I really enjoyed her company. She took time to talk with me all while handling her other guests at the bar. The atmosphere and music were both great! Other than this man who came in verbally assaulting her and making us all feel uncomfortable but she handled it so well and thank goodness for the women and men who stood up to help out. I really was astonished by her professionalism throughout the whole altercation. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I will be back!“

“Just had a delicious lunch at The Southern Pecan. I had the shrimp po’ boy, which was served with a side of fries. Soooo good. Luckily it was too much food so now I have dinner already prepared. Service was excellent - shout out to Lilly!“

“This place is fantastic! Went there last night for a networking meeting and was thoroughly impressed. The food, decor, and the live band were so great! Will definitely come back in the future just to hang out, meet for business, or to grab a great bite. The staff was so nice and had me in stitches! A true must visit!“

“Clean and will maintain location. Great service from start to end. Food came out the same time with little wait time. Food and drinks tasted great only downside is that our tamales dish was a little dry. Restaurant have a good variety of authentic Mexican food. Wish they have a variety of their homemade hot sauce too. Anyways I do look forward to vist it again and try other dishes.“

“Loved Jack Brown’s! I had the Greg Brady burger with fries, and it totally hit the spot. Juicy, flavorful, and the perfect portion. It was enough to indulge without feeling overstuffed. The funky vibe fits Noda perfectly. We went at 6:30 on a Saturday, got seated right away, and enjoyed friendly, speedy service.“

“Popped into this bar for a cocktail while I read for a bit and would highly recommend it. Scott and Fernando were fantastic! As a single woman, they made me feel so comfortable and welcome. They made great cocktails and hooked me up with ordering food from next door to be delivered to the bar. Scott and Fernando really made the experience I'll definitely be back!“
