“I visited Snooze last week for the first time and was really pleased with the service. Nick was an awesome waiter: He took the time to walk us through the large menu, gave helpful recommendations, and was friendly to chat with. “Julia was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, welcoming, and attentive the entire time. She always made sure our drinks were full and checked in on us without ever making us feel rushed. We’re new to the area and found this restaurant a few weeks ago, and we’ve already made it a weekly spot. Every time we’ve come in, we’ve happened to sit with Julia, and she truly makes us feel right at home. She gives great menu suggestions, is very knowledgeable, and always has a big, genuine smile on her face. Her positive energy and excellent service really elevate the whole experience. “This waffle house has great customer service you were greeted when you walk through the front door. It was clean and everyone worked well together the young lady that served us had the colorful braids. Her customer service made us feel welcomed. The food was good the iced tea banging. Affordable price for four people.“

“I meant to comment, My wife and I stop by this waffle house every so often and we are always recognized by the overnight staff. We are always greeted with smiles and our drink orders are always memorized. We never have to wait long our food.We will continue to support this waffle house as long as the same staff is there.“
