Went there tonight with my children and grandchildren and was appalled at the way the employees were yelling at customers across the restaurant and telling the customers to be quiet. Apparently it doesn’t matter to Dairy Queen because after reading the reviews it keeps happening over and over again with the same employees . I don’t know how you will stay in business like this! I will not be back.
The girl with the multi colored hair waited on me and my kids. I started off letting her know that my order was all to go and they would need lids which apparently made her angry and she continued to be extremely rude to us as we ordered everything we needed. If my kids weren’t with me and excited for ice cream I would’ve left. I’ve had a rough day but I was pleasant when speaking. We are there pretty much once a week. Three recent experiences with the staff here rudely yelling at customers in front of other customers. Once was because my niece (an adult woman) apparently didn't close the door quick enough.
