Chicken Restaurants near Mebane

“Visiting NC from PA. Stopped here for dinner tonight. Employees were nice and helpful. Food is very good! Prices are higher than I expected (though still not bad) but portions are huge so it makes sense. My younger daughter and I each got a plate of strips/fries. There's "only" 3 strips but they're huge. We easily could've shared one order. The sweet tea is delicious and they have the BEST ice. We weren't 100% sure if we were supposed to tip. You order at the counter and they deliver your food to your table. We just weren't sure if it was expected like a full service restaurant or not like fast food. This establishment falls somewhere in the middle so we opted to leave a tip. If we had one of these places locally, it would be added to our regular rotation of places we choose when I don't want to cook. I'd recommend it!“

“Niko was very friendly, and the guy that was training him is always friendly when I stop in. Did not have any fresh wings or any rest at all. Would have given it a 5 if I could have gotten fresh wings and a breast.

“If there were an option for 10 stars for customer service Cynthia would get 10 stars. As we were ordering, my fiance mentioned he was fighting a migraine, we got our drinks and sat to wait on the food. When our food was done, which was great! She had put 2 packs of headache medicine and told him that she hopes he feels better. There should be more people like her in customer service. She is an absolute rockstar!!!“

“People are hard on fast food lately, and understandably so. Industry-wide the standards have dropped while costs have skyrocketed.

I had a refreshing break from the aforementioned fast food gloom-and-doom here, where I got a decent meal for $5ish dollars and was greeted with a smile and some personality by the staff. The lobby was pristine, and everything was as it should be.

Fast food isn't dead, it's just hiding.“
