“Visiting Charlotte from New Hampshire, but had scouted out this place before we came. Interestingly enough, it appeared on the list of recommended places from our Airbnb hosts as well. We are very into the farm to table movement, big time Farmers market shoppers ourselves as well. The staff was very friendly, and more importantly, knowledgeable about the menu. Everything was excellent. They were very helpful in accommodating a honey allergy, even whipping up an alternative dressing for the salad we ordered. For the record, the kale salad we had was beyond exceptional. I am not exaggerating when I say that is was the best salad I have eaten in my 65 years! Recommended unconditionally. A must-stop for our next trip to Charlotte.”

“Lang Van may have won national recognition but the place is truly unpretentious and welcoming. The service was warm and energetic as it gets and it’s clear they’ve won the hearts of many by the wall-to-wall cards from their community. My husband and I are from Atlanta and have had the chance to try a lot of Vietnamese food around Buford Highway and the greater metro— Lang Van crushes all of them in comparison. My husband’s pho was so balanced that he didn’t dare to add anything to it, it was already perfection. This gem not only has a wonderful atmosphere, phenomenal food, and an incredible staff— the price point alone is so reasonable. We can’t wait to visit again in the future and try the coffee amongst other yummy options.”

“Belissima! Vibes and decorè, unmatched! Its sexy, sleak, and a lil sultry. The back lighting at night is gorgeous. It creates a very intimate vibe. The food is small plates so don't belive you're going to feast. My only draw back was flavor. When it said SPICE I was expecting an indulgent amount of SPICE with unique flavor compliments. Being internationally inspired I guess I was reaching. I will say that the food presentation was beautiful.”
