“Awesome unexpected joint on the highway after a weekend trip. Burgers and fries were awesome(smash style with their own secret sauce. Even had fresh baked cookie for desert! Fed 2 for under $24! Great service. No dine in but picnic tables are available.“
“This place has my favorite cheeseburgers ever! They're so soft, juicy, and melt in your mouth with the cheese...I'm getting hungry just thinking about them. Their banana caramel milkshake is also a top 3 favorite ice cream of mine. Although, servers could use some more training because every time I'm there they're either extremely slow or mess something, but they're still very nice. For example, one time they messed up my order twice because the server wasn't understanding what I was wanting. I never complained, but they gave me my meal on the house anyway. The server could've been new and they were very accommodating so of course I don't hold it against them and continue to eat there. I mean when their burgers are that good I have to!“
“I have been coming here for a while, and I love the atmosphere! The customer service is great, the staff checks on you constantly which is greatly appreciated. As a person from Tijuana it's been so difficult to find authentic food but this place is my go to for cozzy and authentic tasting food but also with newer pastries! I strongly recommend ?“
“Tried this place the other day, WOW. Great service started when I walked through the front door. Very clean, friendly staff even during lunch rush. Then it happened, I had the BEST onion rings of my short little 60 year life. Keep up the great work.. see you as soon as I get back..“
“If you’re looking for quick, simple Mom-&-Pop burger and fries (with southern flair), What-a-burger is your next stop. Not to be confused with the Texas-based What-a-burger, this chain is local and prepares every manner of local favorites such as foot long hotdogs all the way (ketchup, mustard, chili, onion & slaw), corn dogs, bbq, onion rings, Chuckwagon sandwiches, what-a-burger’s (single, double and triple - try it all the way, or with bacon!), ranch burgers (a smaller burger that comes with a half order of fries, perfect for kids or an in-between meal), milkshakes, chicken fries, fried apple pies and fried pickles. Pro tip: If you’re from NC and your nostalgia kicks in, order a Witch Doctor to go!“
“Old-school drive in type place that serves burgers, fries, hot dogs, and soft serve ice cream. They have a menu of sundaes, cones, and shakes( with the option to add candy). You walk up to the window and place your order and pay, and then when your order is ready, they call your number. They have a bunch of picnic tables where you can sit to enjoy yoir food, no indoor seating. We just stopped in for ice cream but will be back to check out the burgers!“
