McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of menu items, including the fish sandwich, chicken nuggets, steak egg and cheese bagel, bacon egg and cheese biscuit, and a large orange juice. Customers praise the restaurant's friendly staff, who are patient with young diners, and the quick service in the drive-through. The restaurant is known for its cleanliness, with free parking spaces available, and the availability of the mobile app, which allows customers to order ahead and earn rewards. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the use of kiosks for ordering, feeling that it should lower the price they pay. There have also been comments about slow service and cleanliness at the tables. Customers appreciate the frequent discounts and coupons offered by the restaurant, which help them save money on their purchases. Overall, the food is generally well-received, with some praising specific meals like the breakfast platter for its value.
