“Chic Fil A is known for its impeccable customer service, and this location lived up to the name. We took a group of 3rd graders. We called in advance and they were more than willing to accommodate us. When we got there they were all hands on deck and ready to serve. We moved about 68 people through the line in about 15 minutes, many being 3rd graders trying to order. Shout out to Managers Jessica and Isabella and all of the staff who orchestrated a wonderful dining experience for us.“

“While traveling from Charlotte to my vacation mountain house in west jefferson, I stopped in today and used the kfc app to place a pickup order. My 8 piece bucket meal was ready within 5 to 6 minutes. The restaurant was immaculately clean when I entered and the staff was amazing. The staff greeted me when I entered and were so friendly with beautiful smiles. One staff double checked my order before giving it to me and thanked me and said she hoped I enjoyed it! Coming from Charlotte nc, you never get service like this. I hope the staff receive some recognition for their excellent customer service“

“My grandson and myself stopped here to eat after leaving Merlefest.The restaurant is easily accessible from both North and Southbound US 421 with a stoplight at the entrance to the shopping center it is located in. We both ordered the Big Zax Snak Meal and it was ready for us before we filled our drink cups and got a table. The food was fresh and hot when we sat down to eat. Employees were all cheerful, courteous, and friendly. Only problem was the drink dispenser was out of Dr Pepper.“
