If you have 3 hours and want to get a behind the scene experience of the beer making process every step of the way from water and grains and ending with finished product in packaging, this is the tour for you. The tour guide Mary did a great job explaining the process and answering questions. Additionally, all the employees we encoutered along the way were very friendly and showed great pride in their company and the immaculate Mills River facility!“

“The service was fast and tthe fish was really fresh. The lunch menu makes this very affordable. They were aware of gluten free and could make accommodations so that was cool. I would come here again for sure for a $16 lunch.

“I heard about Biscuit Head about a month ago, through a Facebook ad. We were in Asheville to visit Biltmore after Christmas,and visited Biscuit Head on Biltmore Ave twice in two days! The whole staff was so friendly, and the vibe in the restaurant is so fun!! Everything we had both days was fantastic! I ordered the Mimosa fried chicken biscuit both days, and the biscuit donuts, as well! I had to keep apologizing to my family because I was making too many “yum” noises. My husband said the sausage gravy was the best he’s had in ever, and your coffee was great!! When we left yesterday, we genuinely intended to come back for Brunch #3, but the moods were not in our favor today. We look forward to coming back next time we are in Asheville!!“

The food, service, and friendliness and professionalism of the staff were beyond compare. It was the BEST egg sandwich I have ever eaten in my life. Come on, you say. It's just an egg sandwich! What's the big deal?!? But I can tell you it was hands down the best ever. Fresh, hot and delicious. The gods live in the details, and this place has nailed it.“

“This is a lovely location to scratch that sushi itch in a brand new way. The poke is classic. It is well made with quality and fresh ingredients any way you'd like! For the price point, the quantity of food and quality are just about right. My personal favorite is the sushi burrito. Always well made, very tasty, and a great idea. Pair that with a crab salad and a beer from the tap, you cant go wrong! If you're looking for a fast, casual location for rice and fish, this is the place to go!
