“Had a GREAT dinner at the new Jekyll and Hyde Taphouse Grill in Waxhaw on Thursday. They clearly still working through the new kitchen staff as the food was a little slow, but the food was great and the service was impeccable. Our waitress Hailey was great. Highly recommended.
I've been to this location 3 times already! Be sure to try the Bacon-Pimento cheese balls and the Burbon-Bacon burger...delicious!!!“

“Everyone welcome like family. I grew up in Charlotte. Spoons had the best burgers, The Penquin had great burgers too. Well, I had a cheeseburger last week at The Small Bar. It was absolutely the best burger I've ever had! Service was great. Bar selections were awesome. Front door parking.“

“This is what I remember a decent sports bar/family place could be. Good food, full bar with several beers on tap, not crazy over-priced.
They actually cooked my burger medium rare and the food was excellent. Every entre we got was under $15 and came with good sides. The wait staff was solid - it just feels so rare to have a decent experience eating out so really grateful to have found this place.“

“We were in a hotel nearby due to a delayed flight until next day. Not much was open but the menu looked good and they had different options. The food was amazing. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and my friend had a seafood broil bag. The drinks were good and music was awesome.“

“Wings were hot and crispy, service was great even though we showed up just before closing time. The owner was friendly and told us all about his son and actually checked on us himself after we received our food. Parking is as scarce as it gets with the location being where it is.“
