I have always received great customer service. Sometimes there is a breakdown in communication but I am not certain if it was me or on the order takers end of understanding or not clarifying my request. But the food is really good!! The wait time is fairly minimal. I have only participated in drive thru or phone order/pick up.
Best wings anywhere in Charlotte. 😋
