Hardee's offers great prices and fast delivery, with specials like 2/$5 on sausage and egg biscuits, though the food is often barely warm or cold. The fries are sometimes the best part, but fry boxes are not opened all the way. Burgers can be cold, but the customer service is improving, with attentive staff who repeat orders and provide extra napkins and ketchup. One visit had a sign up out of lettuce, despite a Food Lion in the same shopping center. Another visit had hot fries, a barely warm cheeseburger, and a perfect ham sandwich, suggesting if all food were made like the fries, Hardee's would be number one. A new peach milkshake took almost 25 minutes, had not much peach flavor, and was not great. Overall, the service is getting better, but the quality and temperature of the food need improvement.
