I was out of town and always love to find a BWW. Service when I walked in was quick. Rolando was a great server, attentive but not too overbearing. AMBRIA!!! Made my drinks with love and I absolutely love that kind of energy! That’s what customer service in the food industry is all about. She never seen my face but made my drink with love?! 5 star for everyone!!!

First time our family of five came here on Father’s Day. They were short staffed in the kitchen and lost customers due to the long wait times. Our waitress Kayla was very apologetic and held it together in the chaos. Even though our meals didn’t come out altogether, Kayla served them straight out of the kitchen hot. We enjoyed our meals and very thankful to Kayla for keeping a smile on her face and looking after us so well.
