Did a pickup order tonight. Actually said I was there 10 min before arriving. Waited 25 more min. while customer after customer were ripping the poor kids apart that were working. Clearly the shift leader (very young kid) was doing the best he could but was Clearly not trained to give direction. He ditched the front to make nuggets in the back. Love Chick-fil-A due to the employees always being so nice, polite and friendly. Most other places, your lucky if the employees even say a word to you.
