Your tip choice system is a scam. Something didn’t look right on the numbers, but we had a movie to go to, so I selected 18% instead of my normal 20%. When I was able to look at the receipt, I saw that instead of 18% tip, the system had given 23.5% tip. Thankfully this time our meal was inexpensive this time, but when I think of how many times I have trusted the auto button in the past. Yikes! I am never using the auto tip again! 20% should be 20%, they know what they are doing....read full review
Driver refused to deliver and returned our order to restaurant. We were not notified until I called then we were not offered a new driver a fresh order or a refund
I cut myself soon after sitting down for dinner last night. As I was heavily bleeding I asked our server for a band aid and she told me they’re not allowed to give a band aid to bleeding customers. So I ended up bleeding all over the floor and table next to us, and more in the bathroom. But i suppose chilis is cool with peoples blood all over an establishments people eat.
