looked on the firehouse sub app and it clearly sayed they close at 10pm come to find out they close at 9pm
Food is great when they get it right. Staff member was rude and had an attitude when clarifying an order as it had been wrong 2 times in the past. Same staff member had an attitude when asked to remake the order that was wrong the time before. Too expensive to not get what you pay for. And no need for a bad attitude. Definitely a different atmosphere than a few months ago. Not worth going back 👎🏽
Slowest service I've ever encountered in a sandwich restaurant!!!!! I waited over 40 minutes today for a small 6 inch sandwich!!!😒 people sitting around me waited even longer!!!! This is not my first time to wait painfully for a meal. Will never go back!!!! Only slow humans need to apply for work!!!!
