The quality of the food is poor, the wait staff is absolutely ridiculous, rude, inconsiderate and slow as can be. I would not recommend taking any family here especially if you have 5 people or more because they wanted to add on a gratuity amount that is way above the amount they deserve for the poor customer service and manners of the wait staff. I’m 4 months pregnant I door dash and I went to red bowl to pick up a order. He wanted me to confirm the order with out being in my possession. I went to take the bag he literally rips it from my hands and tries to point his hand in my face as I’m on the phone with my husband. That’s very disrespectful and if my husband was there I’m pretty sure he would of never came at me like that. I will be reporting him and also contacting my lawyer since he is the owner.
