After a long day traveling today I walked in and ordered an Italian sub at the MOORESVILLE NC store. I got Turkey, lettuce, and tomatoes instead.
I tried calling the store 3rimes to discuss the order issue and no one answered the phone. The store was not busy, there was plenty of workers standing around, they still got the order wrong and then did not answer their phone.
Next time, I’m going to firehouse subs just up the street.
The app wasn’t working earlier this morning for hot subs (they didn’t exist in the app). My husband just drove 12 hours back from Florida and I called at 11:35 to order a sub for him to pickup at 12:15. I explained the app wasn’t working and the young lady said no problem. She took the order and said he could pay when he gets there. He gets there at 12:15 and not only do they not have his sub ready, but no one seems to know anything about it.
