My son’s wedding was over a year ago and I have been talking to Alexander about the food I paid for and was never served. He has been promising me that he would send me a check but never has. I would not use them unless you want to be disappointed.
I attended a wedding in September 2023 which was catered by Lake Norman Catering and the food was absolutely awful! The food was visually unappealing, had no seasoning and was cold. I was extremely disappointed in the company's overall performance and cannot recommend them to others.

I attended an event catered by this company. First, let me begin by saying that the servers were very friendly. They assisted the guests with a smile and my review does not reflect their efforts in any way. However, the food itself left much to be desired. My review will focus on that aspect of my experience - since this is a catering company after all. I found the meats to be over cooked - not what I would call burnt, but very dry and chewy.
