Terrible experience. Incorrectly made my sandwich, refused refund. Was told they are premade—after I ordered it despite my asking before. The worst part: they asked me to email them…I did, and “Lydia w” emailed back and confirmed: no refunds. I hope the $5 was worth it to them. I’ll never use them again, and I recommend you don’t either. So many amazing coffee places out there with great service. Sad that canal isn’t one of them.
This place has amazing coffee and the employees are always friendly. I will definitely continue to go here instead of dunkin or Starbucks!!
