“Ok just to be clear my four star ratings are meant to be a compliment. I reserve the last star or 5th for outstanding performances. Applebee's has become a very mature restaurant chain. However they still innovate and offer great menu choices. All of which are quite good. They give you clear nutrient information. Which is crucial for many and should be paid closer attention too by us all. This is my only complaint which for some maybe a another reason to patronize. The portion sizes for there entrées is quite large. So much so, we occasionally, just split one entrée and its still plenty. The service was very good the host, waiter, and manager all engaged with us. Also pay at the table with their q code works everytime and quickly. So if you haven't eaten at a Applebee's in a while give it another try their all time favorites still exist alongside many new offerings and of course adult beverages.“

“Had the Tavern salad added grilled chicken. Did not care for the chicken or the bacon bits. The chicken tasted like precooked strips. Also, if use real bacon be 100 percent better. As, for the others food it was excellent. Yes, I let server know I didn't care for the chicken. Please use fresh real chicken breast grilled be yummy.“
