“We had a super solid dinner here. We had people from out of town and we wanted a nicer sit down southern meal that wasn't crazy expensive but had plenty on the menu. This place was it! I commented to my wife that the food actually took long enough to come out that I actually think it was being cooked in the back and not just reheated like most places. They had plenty of coins and wait staff. There was a beer special on Tuesday for $4.50 red oak. Good service that wasn't over the top. Fantastic meal overall. I'd definitely recommend and would come back.“

“Let me tell you chef ??!!!!! My daughter was there about 2 weeks ago for a college tour. She came home telling us about Vittles at the Park. She is a picky eater and she talked about was the Cajun Catfish. Here we are 2 wks latter, with other family members and we all were thoroughly pleased with those at the front counter to everything we ate. I had the flounder combo with 2 sides (collards and candied yams). I opened up my dinner and I know I wasn’t going to finish it all because there were 3 nice size pieces of fish. I started eating before you know it all was gone. That’s how good the food was. When we’re back in town we will definitely be back & we have more family members accompanying us as well.“

“My sister and her family took me there for my birthday brinner and it was very tasty. Danielle the waitress was amazing. The mgr who shares my birth sign of virgo brought me a tasty dessert to celebrate and was very social and accepting even after a table of 7 walked in at 8:00pm. (Thank you) We had never been to any of the locations before and we decided to try this tonight. Everyone left extremely pleased with their selections all the way down to the ice tea and the virgin Bloody Mary. We all agreed we would be returning just not on weekend where it is 1 1/2 hr wait. 😳 Glad to have flying biscuit in the neighborhood. “family went a few days ago for the very 1st time. Upon entering the hostess sat us at a table. There wasn't much of a crowd.and we did not have to wait. Once seated NOT.1 person came.to.our table to greet us, give water,etc. We waited over 10 mins and STILL no service. We got up and exited. We will never come back to this establishment and will NOT recommend either. Disappointed.“

“had been a few years since I had gone to Rise. didn't realize that the entire franchise had changed..now, very few donuts and a horrible and impersonal way of ordering. the apple fritter tastes like it was baked yesterday or at the very least 5 hours ago. even Dunkin donuts might be better and that's not saying much. RISE used to have the best donuts. they were unique and tasted fresh. not so anymore. I wouldn't return. I find it weird to order on a computer and pick up your food from a box with a door on it and then they deem to suggest you tip them for....for what? making the food that they already get paid to make? it's not like they're making waitress wages. I guess they're more known now for their biscuits, but either way...I wouldn't return based solely on the ordering experience.“

“Stopped by for a quick bite and got the fish sandwich. It came out piping hot and was delicious. Good fish, nice bun, not over-tartered.
Employees were really nice and the place is somewhere i actually didn't mind eating in (most places we just grab takeout these days). I'll definitely be back.“

Company policy is to put valuables in their safe for safe keeping. One week later I retraced my search to BoJangles and they returned my wallet and valuables safe and sound.
