They focus on drive thru rather than the inside customers ,waited 25 minutes for my order

Based on the reviews, Hardee's has friendly and courteous employees, with a clean restaurant and spotless floors. The food is often delicious, hot, and tasty, with excellent chicken tenders. The dining area is peaceful and calm, and the drive-through service is quick with a cheerful voice. However, there are some issues. One cook called a customer a liar, and the service can be slow. The french fries are sometimes cold and seem like they have been laying under the heat lamps. The bathrooms have a strong smell from the bathroom or sewage drain, even though they are clean. Also, one cashier was rude and rolled her eyes, and the staff could not figure out how to apply a valid coupon. Customers recommend checking the order before leaving. The food is always excellent and very fresh, with plenty of parking right off the main road.
