Placed an online order and picked up at the drive-thru window. Paul always has such a contagious smile & upper personality with the customers. Friendly and making sure order is correct along with anything else to be added to order. Hardee's is lucky to have an empowered with such a great personality & customer service with customers.
It was the first time we've been inside this Hardee's(hwy 601) in years. Wow. It was different. They were having an issue with a till. Then the younger employee was off work, the older employee seemed disgruntled at the girl. It was a constant conversation with another which appeared as the manager. It was as if we weren't there. I felt it was very dramatic or overwhelming to hear. Not a pleasure to be there for us. Very disorganized and confused manager.

Based on the reviews, Hardee's has mixed experiences. At some locations, the staff is awesome as normal and the manager is great, with a cashier who is super friendly and provides spectacular service. One employee, in particular, has a contagious smile and upper personality, ensuring orders are correct. At these places, the service is quick, the food is delicious, and the experience is pleasant and enjoyable. However, other locations are very disorganized and have a confused manager, where customers feel like they aren't there. Problems include long waits in the drive-through lane, wrong orders, a burger short, and meals that were not right. Despite these issues, some customers revisit just for the nice customer service.
