“I ordered and left house and went to get order. First off there was plenty of parking and easy to get into. I walked in and this Lady was absolutely busting her tail ALL by herself making pizzas, answering phones, getting orders and boxing orders. My order was misplaced and I want you to know she was professional and absolutely amazing at how she handled herself and the situation. She asked me to give her a few minutes and she would make it right. I totally understand how food service can be and I was already impressed with here character and ability to take charge. So I came back in a few and she had everything perfect and ready and overly apologized. I’m not sure of your name but thank you for restoring a little faith back in humanity for me. Dominoes you should be ashamed of yourself for the work load you put on this Lady. I work hard. Not many any harder than I do but wha she was going through was uncalled for. Staff your facility. Hold people accountable and you had better pay that girl well and appreciate her cause if I have an opportunity come up I will hire her myself. If you can’t staff it properly shut it down. Or better yet some of you corporate people go and help until you do get it staffed. Food was great. Service was phenomenal. Your ability to treat your associate in a humane manner was substandard.“

“Ms. Desiree took our order, (also made our pizza) and was awesome! She was super kind and personable, and my 6 year old really took to her! She treated him like a little adult and made him feel like his opinion (on pizza toppings) really mattered. ☺️ She even brought our pizza out to us (we were sitting in our car) when it was ready!! Totally unexpected! I don't remember the last time we've had such great service, ESPECIALLY not from a to-go pizza place. She deserves a raise!!

“Tried the new Parmesan chicken pizza last night. Absolutely delicious! A definite keeper for the menu y’all! 5 ⭐️ 😋🍕 And I would love to mention the young man who answered the phone. Very respectful and patient. I had to be put on hold and ended up calling back. He apologized for the inconvenience and explained that they were unexpectedly slammed with customers. I appreciated his calm demeanor and attitude towards me once he began taking my order. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name but I hope management can figure out who he is and relay the review with him. Way to go Shug! 🙏🏻“

“Ok, I recently came out of a homeless situation a yeah ago. When I was homeless I lived in the famous "Tent City"! Yes, and there was a Dominos across from there. They treated us terribly. Put a fence around the property to keep us away, went as far as locking their dining room completely closing it down, thinking we would cone and bother them. When, in fact, one, of the employees tried to run over rny boyfriend because he wanted to get passed him to get to the stop sign and pull out onto the road before my boyfriend could on his bicycle. Anyways, I absolutely live five points road Dominos! They are so respectful and get my food to me no problem! That's my review. They are awesome here!“
