“Very busy tonight, however they managed to keep the bar stocked. Service was quick within the crowded restaurant. Nice touch for server to ask what pizza we would like on the bar and give you a few slices delivered to your table when the pie was made. I did not see anyone lacking timely refills. Everyone was very friendly.“
“Was traveling on business and stopped through. Bridget greeted me at the front of the Food Hall and was great at giving me an overview. From there, decided to order pizza at Luna and have to say, was by far one of the best pizzas i've had in a long time. Wish they had a location in Raleigh. I ordered the Mediterranean. Definitely recommend and will go back.“
“Large slices with thin NY style crust. Was able to fold up the slice loke you'd expect from NY slices. Nice and crispy with a good amount of toppings. I had pepperoni and sausage slice and a cannoli.Service was great. Very friendly staff who recommended multiple items. Food came out fast and hot.Would recommend for a good slice of ?!“
“You would never guess you could get homemade Italian food at a restaurant attached to a gas station, but this place is a must! The sauce tastes fresh, my husband got a home made lobster ravioli! Next I'm going to try the gluten free pizza, I heard it is good also. Hard to find gluten free but these guys have it!Hands down will be going back to this restaurant.“
“This is a good place to grab a burger and brew or a good pizza. The building is small and seating is a bit cramped, but there always seems to be a line of patrons waiting to be seated. We've had a good experience here, plus they've expanded to outside seating as well. Worth a shot, especially on weekdays when it's not so busy. Parking can be tough at times. Weekends you'll likely be waiting some time for seating. Prices are reasonable and service is good!!!“
“Went there for dinner the only main complaint that I have is the wings. Don't call something jumbo when they were some of the smallest I've seen. Other then that they were good. The pepperoni pizza is covered in pepperoni and is excellent. The meat lasagna was good it was covered with melty cheese. The chocolate chip pizza was good it was sweet but not overly to sweet like some dessert can be. The staff was very friendly.“
“For the driver, tonight she went above and beyond went and got me change and came back ,the food Is top notch delicious Italian food ,I come from NY and gotta say it's close to my home town food , my dinner was stuff shells it was delicious ..thank you I always oder from you and will continue thank you so much ..“
“This was the first time we ordered from here it was on a Sunday about an hour before closing. The young man who was at the counter was extremely friendly and nice. Sometime when you go into a restaurant close to closing staff just wants to rush you out and go home. Understandably, as I am sure he wanted to go home also but his excellent guest service didn't waiver. The food was also really good. We will definitely return but much earlier. ?“
“First off visited Nai Thai since the place I ate at last year was no longer there. The Pad Thai was fast but not the best I had ever had and the portion size was appropriate. No option of spice level and it was not spicy at all. Not a lot of shrimp either. The Shrimp cakes were a new try for me as I had never heard of them. They were different but not at all like crab cakes. Basically overly breaded shrimp. The canned Thai tea was also a first and was actually not bad. I was not offered a cup or glass to put it in and when I asked for one I was told I needed to use the tiny water cups at the fountain. So service was not friendly but the food makes up for it. The food hall is a great venue and not out of the way. Lots of parking and well lit. Several choices once inside. Overall not a bad experience and the food was good for Smithfield which is not a foodie locale.“
