As soon as I walked in to come pick it up they greeted me with a smile. Since we now moved this is closer for us. We have not ever felt this way coming in the Domino's before. “Yesterday, I had a problem placing my order, which was an App Special, despite repeated attempts. I almost gave up and ordered food from elsewhere but since I was out and about and close by to this Locust (Charlotte), North Carolina Pizza Hut store, I stopped by to see if they could help.I walked in and at the counter was a very nice, professional young lady named Cecilia who immediately made clear that she would do her utmost best to help me. And she did exactly that. Much to my pleasant surprise, rather than cause me more frustration trying to get the order to go thru on the app (or simply giving up), she conjured up her magical powers and simply placed the order at the counter, which took some knowledgeable manipulation of their order system due to what I wanted being an App Special. 10 or 12 minutes later, my order was ready and I was a happy camper as I drove home.These days, all parts of the restaurant industry are having such a hard time getting staff to act in a professional and gracious manner with customers. They don't look customers in the eye and they don't know how to interact/speak with customers in a productive manner that also leaves the guests of the store feeling like they were cared about and listened to. Cecilia certainly went totally opposite to that stereotype and instead handled my situation like an old pro. I don't know what her position is within the store but if she is not currently the store manager, I have full confidence in her abilities to handle those store manager responsibilities some day soon... and far more.Thank you Cecilia! “Just visited again tonight with my husband and we are still loving this place!! Super friendly and welcoming staff. They are all very attentive and helpful. It's a great place with lots of amazing types of food, but our fave is the small pizza with 3 toppings and 5 wings combo!!! It's super affordable and absolutely delicious!!! I highly recommend trying this combo and tasting the hot wings!!!! Oh, and the onion rings are fried fresh and they're huge!!! The ranch and bleu cheese tastes house made and so creamy! The hot sauce on the wings is spicy, peppery, and really unique! This place isn't fancy, I do think when new people try it, they see the nice statues out front, and they have high expectations of what the inside should look/feel like. It's an older building and nothing fancy, but the food is consistently delicious, fresh, and hot, and that's why you go and keep going back!! The super friendly staff is another amazing bonus! The menu has a wide variety of food and drink options, and there's even yummy cake slices by the counter when you checkout. You can grab a slice to go!! I don't know what it is about this place, but it's just a familiar, feel-good kind of place. Really great food!!!! Highly recommend trying it,“

“Being an 80s kid, I loved Pizza Hut. Unfortunately for me, Pizza Hut has declined over the years to the point that I quit going. Nostalgia had me in the mood for a Pizza Hut pan pizza recently and thought I’d give the this location a try. We’re now going on our fourth order this month! This location has single handedly restored my love for Pizza Hut. I didn’t review after our first visit because with chains being so inconsistent lately, maybe I hit them on a good day. To the contrary - every visit for us has been exactly the same. Customer service is outstanding - we pick up using the drive thru. Every time, the staff has been courteous and efficient. And the pizza? Took me back to my childhood - perfection. Every single pizza we’ve gotten at this location has been top quality. Thank you and please, whatever you’re doing, keep it up. Corporate - find the manager or managers responsible and quadruple their pay. Do not change a thing about this location.“
