It was like 3 in the afternoon. I waited 20 minutes in line. No one cared, then the manager showed up. He was on his break time.Never come back again
Went to the store in Tangier Outlets, Nags Head -- Looking to order a smoothie -- the single employee did not even come to the counter to greet the waiting customers. He worked on what I guess were online orders - So I waited 10 minutes to see if the guy would even come to the front counter -- however after watching him bag an order, place it on the counter, and then go to the back to clean up .. Would not recommend to anyone. Our 4 year old son knocked on the bathroom door as the sign indicated. He was yelled at by an employee of tropical smoothie for knocking. Was then told to leave the building without an apology or name of the employee. Will never return to this location. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
