“I ordered a salad with chicken salad and my husband had a veggie quesadilla and both were delish! We were staying at a campground nearby and found this little gem for a very nice bite to eat. The immediate area doesn't offer much by way of restaurants so this was a great find. Very friendly staff and a beautiful golf course.“

“wow...what a fun evening for my wife and I. Put our Malibu ski boat in at the boat ramp across from the marina. Putted out a bit and dropped anchor. Layed on the deck basking in the sun listening to great tunes in the boat. About 7 pm we piloted over to Black Bear Marina, docked at the very easily accessible dock. Walked up to the restaurant and got a table overlooking the water on a magical evening with a slight breeze. The DJ had an incredible sound system and was killing it this eve to a full house. Our wings came in short time and wre perfectly cooked and seasoned. My Margarita was delicious. Burgers came out shortly after and were incredible. We REALLY enjoyed ourselves and thank all the staff at Black Bear for doing an amazing job tonight.“

“This is the cutest, happiest restaurant I think I’ve ever been in. It’s the epitome of hometown friendliness, integrity, and delicious homemade food. The servers sit down at your table and tell you all about the food with such pride. You feel like family.Barbara (one of the owners) is truly an amazing, lovely person. She is truly a joy to be around. This was my first time here. We were travelers passing though and she made us feel welcome.As for the food, everything was amazing!! It all tasted homemade and nothing was greasy! It was very affordable and I loved all the small touches.“

“Amazing experience! I went after church on a Sunday and there was a wait to even place a to-go order. A wait to be seated... And yet I still was outta there in like 30 minutes. Very hard workers.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is flat and so is the entrance. Should have no problems with a wheelchair.“

“I ordered All Star breakfast. I was about to order a few of the items separately but my server, Michelle, suggested I get the other. When I explained I don’t eat meat, she offered to get me an extra waffle to go. I thought that was very kind to accommodate me and my dietary preferences. Everyone there treats you like you’re one of the family.Dietary restrictions: They are willing to accommodate to the best of their ability. I don’t eat meat, so they offered an extra waffle to replace it.“

My family's love of this restaurant assures the risk is going to be habitual!Wheelchair accessibility: limited because the parking lot itself is diminutive with reasonable space for perhaps 30 vehicles in total.“

“My husband and I were passing through on our way to SC and decided to stop here solely based on Yelp reviews. We were NOT disappointed. They have a good selection of craft beer and had a few ciders on draft from which to choose. There was also live music that we enjoyed. There is a decent food selection. We chose a few appetizers and shared a chicken pesto sandwich. This place was so much FUN! The local band played everything from country, rock, pop, Americana, and the Blues. They were super fun, versatile, and took requests for songs. They were very interactive with the crowd and got us out on the dance floor.I'd like to mention that the owner was very genuine, friendly and personable. He came around checking on folks at tables to thank us for coming out and seeing if we needed anything. Overall it was very nice experience. “Everything was absolutely delightful. They cooked everything to perfection. Nothing impressed us on the menu from looking at it but after tasting how good it was, ohh my, they knocked it out of the park. They pack alot of delicious flavors into every single dish. The southern eggroll was my favorite with delicious pulled pork and collard greens so good I would fight a stranger for them. I was really impressed with everything from the ambiance, to the staff, to the wonderfully delicious food we had. We will definitely be back and if your in the area do yourself a favor and go.“
