Rating: 5/5 Freshness & Quality: You can really taste the quality of the ingredients here. Top Dishes: The Coconut Curry Chicken is the standout—absolutely delicious. The Pad Thai and Stir Fry Egg Noodles were also excellent and served steaming hot. Atmosphere: It’s a small, family-operated establishment with very friendly service. We’ve tried a few Pho places in eastern North Carolina and by far this one is the most delicious. The broth was hands down the most flavorful broth I’ve ever had. We went at 7pm there very few people were inside. Our waiter was attentive and made sure we understood the menu and got everything we wanted. We both got the beef pho. We will absolutely be returning!
