“While in the area volunteering a group of us had dinner here. Seated pretty quickly, served quickly by a friendly server and the food was enjoyed by everyone! Would certainly recommend this business to anyone in the area! They even have a little salsa bar! The mango salsa was DELICIOUS, btw!“

“This place is consistently good, and offer some of the most reasonable prices in town. They deserve more credit. The woman in charge is nice as can be, and she does her best to understand requests, despite the language barrier. Never had a bad experience here. Give them a go if you’re in the mood for Chinese/Japanese.“

“Joshua gave us great service today. The trout was the best I ever eat and the prime rib was great. Never had Fried Devil Eggs before and they were good. Without a doubt we will go back.“

“We came, we ate, we are coming back! Used to Manhattan pizzas...and this bakery puts them all to shame...nothing like a "Meat-Eater's" pie and one of their delicious carrot cake muffins for dessert!“

“We moved to Beech Mountain two days before Hurricane Helen and can’t express how thankful we are to have met so many great people. Famous Brick Oven Pizza was one of two restaurants that were open and giving out free pepperoni and cheese pizzas as well as drinks. You were greeted by very friendly employees who gave out some great tasting pizza. Brick Oven Pizza has a customer for life. Thank you for your generosity, I can’t wait to actually visit when we have power.“
“Great find. Will definitely be back. 😋“
“Went with a group of girlfriends, we didn’t stay on the property but we really enjoyed our time visiting. The grounds are beautiful, the tasting room gave off the feel of a mountain lodge, and those behind the bar were super nice & very helpful. And the wines…DELICIOUS!!“

“The food was great! Service was a little slow but not terrible. I absolutely do not recommend getting the Pit-Master. It’s $75 but the portions were really small for what you pay. It would have definitely been beneficial to just get the choose 3 for $30 a piece. The sides were individual size. Was just expecting more for the price. But I can’t complain about the food. It was good.“

“I'm a first generation Sicilian, so I grew up on the cooking of my Nona and mother; so I set a high bar of standard. The food was better than the average Italian restaurants that you will find in a strip mall. The service was wonderful and fast. I regret that I don't remember the name of the young gentleman that was our server. The bathroom was terrible...enough said. Portions are quite large. It's too bad that they, like many businesses, don't offer military/veteran discounts. If it wasn't for those of us who served, so our Country can afford those the luxury of freedom, businesses would not be able to operate, as they now do. "Freedom does not come for free". All in all, I rate them 31/2 stars.“

“I would just like to say that the owner of this restaurant is a true class act and a real gem of a person. 4 days after hurricane Helene hit, I still hadn't been able to get in touch with my family, as it had wiped out cell service far and wide. One night I was out driving around, and after 30 miles, I found this restaurant and was able to hook up to their Wi-Fi. During this process, the owner rolled up, probably wondering what I was doing sitting in his parking lot in the dark in the middle of the night. When he inquired as to what I was doing, I told him that I was trying to find a way to get in touch with my family. Not only did he tell me to take all the time that I needed, he also asked me if I needed anything that he could get for me out of the restaurant, such as food, supplies, water, ice. When I told him that I did indeed need ice (as my power had been out for 4 days at this point), he went inside and brought me three bags of ice, shook my hand and wished me the best. He even told me to come back the next day and he would feed me. Thanks to his kindness, I was able to get in contact with my frantic family and let them know that I was indeed okay. In all of the chaos and horror of hurricane helene, this was one bright spot. Thank you very much, sir. You'll never know what it meant to myself and my family.“

“This place is amazing. My coworker and I stopped in for lunch because nothing else sounded good. Ladies and Getlemen, this place is the exception to Lyle Lovett’s rule of ‘Don’t eat Mexican food East of the Mississippi…’

“Absolutely gorgeous vinyard. Delicious wine and friendly staff. The only draw back for me was the live band they had inside was so loud my party couldn't have a conversation with each other because we couldn't hear anything other than the band and we were in the open air Pavillion between the two buildings.“
