“Nice little restaurant in Blowing Rock for lunch. Their Nashville spicy chicken sandwich was really tasty. My wife had their potato soup with a salad. Also tried their Sunday Bloody Mary, which was very good. Definitely would come back.“

“Sunset & vine is one of my go to places for wine. They have a constantly rotating wine tasting selection (red, white, mixed, and bubbly's) and a large variety of bottles of wine. They also have a small selection of cured meats, cheese and crackers to make your own charcuterie board. The inside is cozy and during the good weather months, they have some limited outdoor seating.“

“The waiter was amazing Kyle was his name and he made the experience amazing his energy and smile was impeccable and honestly I got the best waiter in the entire restaurant from what I saw. The pizza was amazing I got the holy shiitake pizza and the garlic sauce drizzled on top was fantastic! My son loved his cheesy pepperoni Za as well!“

“So good, we went back the next night. Stayed in Blowing Rock just two nights and after our first dinner at The Moon, we had to go back and try more of the menu. Great flavors, friendly and attentive staff, and cozy atmosphere set in the mountain. Like carved into it. Having lived in flat Wisconsin, we got a kick out of the hilly driveway and parking area. Overall really enjoyable experience.“

“My husband and I had dinner here last night. We sat at the bar. They were very busy. The two bartenders, Jess and Lyden were super. They were helpful in choosing beer as well as food. Good selection of craft beer which we thought was outstanding. Food equally as good. I had the shrimp tacos and my husband had the bison burger. Enjoyable evening, I highly recommend you give it a try. All staff members were friendly and accommodating“

“The food was good, especially the chopped salad and cheesecake. The service was lacking though. It was as if they didn't plan staffing correctly on a Saturday in a tourist town. There were tons of people waiting to be seated and a lot of tables were empty. Half of our table got their food 10-15 minutes before the rest of the table.“

“Came in late on a Wednesday, and ordered a steak like a total jerk. Our server, Cole, greeted us like we were the first guests of the night. The bar got us cocktails right away, the entrées came quickly, with the steak cooked ON THE MARK. Chef (and evidently Chef's son) are pros. Hands down one of the best steaks I've had in a while. Also get the friedBrussels. Just go here. Promise you'll enjoy it.“
