“My friend and I decided to make the trip up to Wilkesboro from Taylorsville today to get a change of scenery and some lunch. We stumbled across Cinder Bistro from their good reviews. We were not disappointed!! From the minute we stepped in the door, the service was top notch. The place has a great rustic ambiance, and is big and nice and clean. I had the brisket quesadilla with collard greens and my buddy had the spring harvest salad with grilled chicken. My food was slammin'!!! The brisket in the quesadilla was different, but was really, really, really good! The collard greens were hand cut and trimmed, and delicious! Not those precut out of the bag collards with the stem pieces. My friend said his salad was one of the best salads he has ever had in his life and would drive there from Charlotte to get it again any time. Lol. Needless to say, from the A1 service, ambiance, and food, Cinder Bistro was a hit! The drive up there was beautiful too! Can't wait to go back.”

“My first time at this cute deli. The homemade sandwiches are delicious she makes the sandwiches with so much love, and care. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I most definitely will be returning. Prices are very reasonable and you can’t go wrong eating homemade sandwiches. Thanks ladies”

“I am a longtime customer of Hadley’s. I have been eating there for over 40 years. After the restaurant was sold and closed for a period of time, I really missed the food there. When it reopened, I initially did not return but in the last few months, I have returned found the food is great, much as it always was. They have three waitresses who are awesome. These ladies work together and when food comes out either one of these ladies will get your food and bring it to you. They know how to work together. They often have to bus tables and even have to wash dishes because Hadley’s seems to have trouble keeping a dishwasher. But they do an awesome job waiting tables. The food is still very good with chicken and dumplings my favorite. Chicken tenders, pintos, slaw, country style steak are all very good. Hot dogs and hamburgers are great and fries are hot and crisp. Great cornbread too. I visit at least once a week and the food is great and service is consistently great.”

“It doesn't look like too much, but oh my was the food flavorful and good. My meal was only $10 and ended with left overs. The pot roast was great, much enjoyed the Mac and cheese and baked apples as well. Had a brownie sundae for dessert and the ice cream is legit a must try!

“Amazing Lobster Roll! Very flavorful and a ton of meat on the sandwich. Great value for the money on all plates on the menu. The shrimp plate is so fresh, just like you get from waterfront restaurants at the beach. The staff and owners are very friendly and make you feel like family.”

“I ordered from the North wilkesboro location. I had a call in order, my order was ready when I arrived. The cashier was super friendly. I ordered a 10" Cauliflower gluten free pizza with BBQ sauce, extra pineapples and Jalepenos. When I tell you it is probably one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. I couldn't just stop at 1 or 2 slices. The crust was crunchy and the cheese was browned just perfectly. The best combination I could have ordered.”

“Midtown supplied out fresh flower bouquets for our most recent wedding shower at our church and they were perfect! They were quick and got us exactly what we requested. We will definitely be using them again for our fresh flower requests”

“The shrimp tacos are the best I have EVERRRRR had!!! And they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Also, on the weekends the upstairs bar is open and there is a jukebox and a pool table. And the bartender is 10/10. You walk up the steps outside to get to it.”

“OMG!!!! Hunnie when I tell you guy's me my mom and dad went there yesterday passing threw going home from our vacation from the mountains we stopped 🛑 there to get a bite to eat. The workers was so amazing! and nice I love good customer service and the place was so clean! our food was spectacular! I'm like this is the best subway I ever been to in my life they need to give the workers a nice raise because they did that hands down I can't remember there names when I bit in to my sub I wanted to cry 😂 because everything was so delish! Very satisfied🙂 I feel like I want to drive 4 hrs there that's how awesome it was I know it sounds crazy but I love subway I use to work at one and they make a sub the way I make mines with love they truly a Sub Artist.”

“I think they’ve recently changed their corn tortillas but nonetheless, the food here is amazing. A very authentic experience from the Carne Asada tacos, the Ranchero and the Tortas! The red sauce? To die for! It’s HOT but with all the flavor needed. So it’s not hot just to burn your tongue, it’s GOOOOD.”

“The decor in this place has been the same for 20 years and you get to look at a lot of historical decorations while dinning. Salad bar is almost always well stocked, pizza bar can be emptied out easily if the building is full, but they quickly restock. The wings are amazing!”
