“My wife and I lived in North Wilkesboro for 5 years & have lived about 40 minutes north for the past almost 5 years. On a recent paint run we decided to stop & have an early dinner at Cinder Bistro. Being our 1st time there we didn’t know what to expect. Well let me tell you, we were BLOWN AWAY with the fabulous food, great service & attention to detail that we experienced! The smoked bbq pork, chicken & brisket was among the best we’ve ever had, and the sides were just as delicious! We highly recommend this place and encourage everyone to try it! We’ll be back many times, I guarantee it! 😃”

“My first time at this cute deli. The homemade sandwiches are delicious she makes the sandwiches with so much love, and care. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I most definitely will be returning. Prices are very reasonable and you can’t go wrong eating homemade sandwiches. Thanks ladies”

“I am a longtime customer of Hadley’s. I have been eating there for over 40 years. After the restaurant was sold and closed for a period of time, I really missed the food there. When it reopened, I initially did not return but in the last few months, I have returned found the food is great, much as it always was. They have three waitresses who are awesome. These ladies work together and when food comes out either one of these ladies will get your food and bring it to you. They know how to work together. They often have to bus tables and even have to wash dishes because Hadley’s seems to have trouble keeping a dishwasher. But they do an awesome job waiting tables. The food is still very good with chicken and dumplings my favorite. Chicken tenders, pintos, slaw, country style steak are all very good. Hot dogs and hamburgers are great and fries are hot and crisp. Great cornbread too. I visit at least once a week and the food is great and service is consistently great.”

“Stop OTW home from snowboarding, easy to reach from 421. Nice atmosphere, clean and friendly staff. Burgers my friends got were legit and my Ribeye was flavorful. Will have to stop here again!”
