“I was on Oak Island for a vacation. I ordered my pizza on a Saturday night, knowing in advance that it would take longer than normal. When I went to the location, I could see that the team was working as hard as they could to get all the orders out. I understood that it would take 30 to 40 more minutes for me to get my pizza. The team was working hard, they were upbeat and positive, and fun to watch. What annoyed me were visitors that came to the location expecting their pizzas to be done in 15 minutes. I saw visitors, walking to the register and literally getting into an argument with the employee that was working there. People were walking out with 8 to 10 pizzas each while other people expected their one or two pizzas to be done in 15 minutes. My pizza was hot, tasty, and made exactly as I ordered it. The next time I come back to Oak Island, I will definitely order another pizza from Domino’s.“

“I went in and grabbed a hot n ready three meat pizza and paid for it, when I was walking to my truck I looked at the sticker which said sell by 4:36 and it was 4:09. The box was barely warm and since they switched from the boxes you could see into there's no way to tell what it looks like til you open the box.
So I got to my truck and opened the box and basically the cheese was completely dried out and the toppings were at the least unappetizing. I want back in which I hate to do and asked for a different pizza. The cashier's and cook both told me they've had issues with the prior cook making way too much food and have had this same problem which they've reported numerous times. Anyways the cook told me to not apologize and he'd happily have me a new pizza in about 6 minutes.
You might ask why 5 stars. Well I don't feel like it's the cooks fault it's not as if those pizzas were out of time and he seemed very disappointed to keep having said issue and was more than happy to make me a fresh one. I appreciate that very much I now regret not giving him a tip so I wanted to make sure to somehow make my appreciation known.“
