Has multiple options & cuts of beef, pork, poultry, sausage, sandwich meats, cheeses, spices, etc.
Bought 4 flat iron steaks, & a quart of beef bone broth.
See photos & videos for how amazing these turned out. So tender and moist, farmers are incredible.
One of the butchers, Meg helped me and is super sweet and kind. Upon request, she offered recommendations on how to prepare & cook flank steaks.

“Deb was sweet and very personable and took great care of us. The pancakes were (no joke) an inch thick and fluffy and dinner plate sized!! If I had known I could have just eaten one and been full! The rest of the food was great and you could tell it was home cooked. The only downside was the coffee was weak and this is a big no no for breakfast! The diner was quaint and intimate and we ended up chatting with Deb and the regulars.
I definitely recommend hitting this spot if you hike Catawba Falls instead of spending your money at McDs!“
