“This is the SPOT! If you’re in southern Mt Airy, Holly Springs, or Pilot Mtn, I highly recommend making the drive up to see Laura and the sassy ladies up here. ALL the food here is good! There’s even a small, yet efficient salad bar. After you have a good meal, Mrs Wilma’s desserts are out of this world! Hard to eat here and not get some delicious desserts. If you can’t decide between pie or cake…get both! ????“
“Nice local restaurant. There was plenty of seating inside and parking outside. The food was good with a large selection of sandwiches ? and home cooking options. I had a chicken cheesesteak, which was good. Lso the service was good. I'm sure we will be back.“
“We are visiting from Southern California and our family wanted us to experience this wonderful food.This is a BUSY place! The whole time we were there, there was maybe 1 or 2 open tables, but only for a second before a new set of hungry bellies moved in!The restaurant is clean and wonderfully decorated with murals and pics of beautiful farms and makes it feel homey.Now, let's talk about the FOOD!!!We had soup, breakfast, sweet n sour chicken, and finally crusted pork.The portions are huge, and the prices are very reasonable...What a treat this place is!Thank you for a wonderful meal!“
“When I first walked in, I had no idea how anything worked, so I asked the lady at the counter. She was very polite and informative and made me feel very comfortable. When I decided, i was going to dine in I proceeded to a table and took a seat. Waitress never came. I then proceeded to the the buffet. M Made a plate and sat back down.My waitress never came not once to check on me or ask me if I wanted anything to drink. Nor bring me any silver. I had to walk up to her and ask her for a glassof water and silverware.She then did not proceed to apologize. Nor ask me if I needed anything else. The food was good, especially for the price. It's country home cooked comfort food. And you have a pretty decent variety I was a little piglet and I. Enjoyed my meal. I paid a little over $13 for the buffet which I had a cup of cheddar broccoli soup. I had I piece of I believe catfish small salad mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans With a couple of Hush Puppies. I. Enjoyed my meal but as I am a server myself. I was a little annoyed with not being waited on myself.“
