“Great food, updated look inside looks fresh and bright, and service was wonderful as usual. No wait! New server Travis did a wonderful job today and was so friendly!! I had the California omelette with feta cheese - pancakes on the side and coffee. All was delicious.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars on this visit instead of 5 is because of sanitation - my water glass was dirty, it had small white particles stuck to the inside that I picked out to confirm what I was seeing. Also, the salt and pepper shakers were both wet and sticky with what looked to be jelly/jam. Dirty on the glass sides and the top metal piece. Other aspects were clean- the table itself was perfect and not sticky at all. These things are normal in a diner type restaurant, but this is just such a Charlotte staple restaurant that I know they can do a little better! 😊 The busser seemed to be working super hard, I just think the attention to little details would go a long way. Great job overall!“

“While visiting Charlotte for a week long vacation I came across Snooze for breakfast as it was fairly close to my hotel. I found the selection and quality to be great with unique and traditional options. Shout out to Emma, “Chewbacca” and especially Bri for being amazing servers with friendly and pleasant attitudes! I’ll be back again before I leave.“

“Tierra was the best! It was so nice to see a beautiful smile as our order was taken. She was very attentive to our table consistently checking to see if we needed anything. We enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. Looking forward to visiting again. What a wonderful day!“

“This was our first visit. At first it seemed awkward as the process is order at the counter then take a seat.
After we were served we saw the employees greet people and explain the process. I think that was the only hiccup. Once you are familiar it is easy.
The food was delicious. We watched the food coming out to other guests looked delicious as well.
We ordered the biscuits and gravy.
The only reason for the 4 star on service is just the different way of ordering.
Next visit I’m sure it will be a 5, as everyone we came in contact with was worthy of 5 stars individually.“

“Sunday 10/19/2025 was my first time hearing about Snooze and actually going. We went for my friends birthday. It was 3 adults and 5 children. Two of the children are older children no kids menu for them. When Snooze was called for a reservation she was told to come now while no one was there. Well that wasn't going to work for obvious reasons. The wait time was long which was expected. However the hostess was rude. A simple question of can we have a menu to look at while we wait? The wait time was 55mins Her reply was you just got here you were informed the wait time could be up to an hour and you only been here 30mins. Glad she said it to my friend and not me. I would've been more than happy to cut my wait time and leave. But it wasn't my birthday brunch. Upon getting to our table the waitress seemed a little bother that there were so many of us. When trying to place our order she was talking over top of us. I was the only one who had never been there before and had a question about a food item? She said what you want a to go order to? Yes but I'm asking does the eggs have to come sunny side up? Her reply I will put your to go order in. My other friend asked for crispy bacon but it was burnt. The waitress stated that's what you asked for. The birthday lady tried to ease things up with a little humor and the waitress stood there like a deer in headlights. As we were getting ready to leave the waitress was a little more friendly. After we left we were taking pictures outside and in a few pictures the hostess photo bomb us. No problem. She comes outside and offered to take our picture. And of course we let her. Just like the waitress she was much nicer when we were leaving then when we came. The food was good I can't lie. Now that I know about Snooze and that there are other Snooze restaurants in the city I can go to and try. Because that Habanero Pork Belly Breakfast Fried Rice was delicious!!! As well as the Bacon But Different. Unless my order is a to go order I will not go back to the one on S. Blvd to sit down and eat. Again the food was great. I just wish the staff were a little more nicer.“

“Yummy!! New to the area, my husband and I are still narrowing down our favorite restaurants. We returned to this IHOP for the spinach mushroom omelette. Delicious! Perfectly cooked and served piping hot. I also had the banana foster pancakes which were amazing. Staff members were wonderful and the restaurant was clean. Only problem was, I couldn’t eat it all… but no problem … brought it home.
We will definitely be going back!“

“Fast friendly service and good food!
I have a family member recovering from surgery and she had no appetite and she desperately needed to eat something. I suggest suggested I get IHOP takeout for breakfast because she's always loved IHOP in the past and I thought the smell and taste of the food would make her feel good.
I went to the IHOP on Lancaster Highway in Southeast Charlotte. I walked to the door and the young man manning the register opened it for me and gave me a good morning smile and a welcome. The other team members I encountered all smiled and said good morning. I wanted to order my food there so it would be hot when I picked it up.
My food was ready in six or seven minutes. 15 minutes later when I got to my sister's house it was still warm and it was all packaged so the pancakes didn't get soggy and the eggs and the crispy bacon did not get soggy. As soon as she smelled it she sat down and started to eat and she ate every bit. I also asked for a side of blueberry compote in case she had taste for that with her pancakes, and she did eat some!
We will definitely be back to this location!“
