“I emailed them about my mobility situation and asked if they could bring the pizza to my truck. Not only did they respond within the hour, when I got there, they came out multiple times and made me feel like a appreciation customer. This is one of many reasons we drive passed several other pizza places, in rush hour traffic.“

“The birria tacos were big, packed with meat and cheese, and very reasonably priced (3 tacos for $10). More importantly, the birria consomé was incredible...If my wife wasn't with me, I would've drank the remainder. Friendly staff with a sizeable menu. Can't wait to come back and try more.“

“The Plated Palette was at a CrossFit competition that took place once per week for three weeks in a row. In theory, my children and I went to support loved ones in the competition, but I think everyone knew we were really there for the quesadillas (I’m only half kidding…). Everything we ordered was delicious, prepared quickly, and as warm as the energy with which it was served. Hope we continue to see you around town!“

“Yesterday my husband and I said I do with a cozy intimate backyard wedding! We wanted to keep it casual with a food truck and when we tasted taco green-go we knew it was the perfect choice! They had a variety of options so everyone had something they would like and everything was fresh and hot! I was concerned of a long line forming when time came to serve food but they went above and beyond with preparation so the wait time was basically non existent. I would highly recommend taco green-go to anyone who wants a delicious variety of food that all your guests will love!“

Charlotte Lowe's parking lot. 1100 Chancellor Park Dr 28213.The food is authentic and off the charts with a subtle intertwining of awesome deliciousness.You can not go wrong with anything that you order. Every single order is prepared fresh, right in front of you.The house sauces are all scratchmade, and Chef Rey is phenomenal behind that grill and a fantastic person as well. Both outgoing and gregarious.My personal favorite is the Cubano tortas. “This taco truck is quite literally one of my favorite places to get tacos in Charlotte. When Iived in lower South End, I could drive a few minutes up the road to grab some tacos from them & it would be the best quick lunch.
Not only were they well priced, the service was swift and pretty easy to order even if you don't speak great spanish or anything.
You can also call in an order and pick up pretty fast, all while waiting in the comfort of your car.
Parking isn't great, but that's to be expected from a taco truck. All I can tell you, is if you want a solid taco experience, give this truck a try!“

“Great tacos for a good price. We tried the pastor and pollo tacos and they were delicious. Shady scary part of town but worth the stop. Very clean, friendly, and quick. Only one complaint though. I got one lime wedge for 6 tacos, but I made it work. We will be back soon.“
