Bad experience ordering food last night, which my wife made multiple attempts to contact the business at the time to resolve the issue. Naturally she followed up with a bad review on Facebook and other social media sites.
The owner of this business then responded to her with threatening and extremely rude messages. I guess this guy is fine not only running an awful business, but also with verbally attacking females online who have legitimate issues with how he operates...read full review
Ordered on line. After checking business hours. States open until 10 pm Sunday. Order at 7:25. Get a text confirmation that our order will be ready by 7:27. The store stops taking online orders at 8:59. Arrive to store front at 7:53. Nobody is there. I have tried calling and emailing and Instagram messaging multiple times to no answer. Would like my refund… bad business practice!! All it takes is to update hours which you will accept orders and adjust your business hours online....read full review
