I am trying to eat healthier these days so, I tried to get a salad with no cheese from the Wendy’s on South Boston Road in Danville, VA and I was told... “sorry ma’am, all of our salads are pre-made and you cannot get a salad without cheese.” I guess Wendy’s is not allergy friendly and they have horrible customer service!!!! On the other hand, I went up the road to the Burger King on South Boston Road and went through the drive through and told them about my allergies and asked for a salad without cheese and they made me a fresh made-to-order salad right then and there! :) Good job BK on South Boston Road for your awesome customer service!!! :)))Guess at Burger King you can really have it your own way! :))) � � to the Wendy’s on South Boston Road. “Great deal.. CookOut box. Great meal deal. The Cajun fries are amazing! Service was quick and food was hot. If you get a coleslaw dog, eat it first. The dog is hot the slaw is cold... fresh, you will get hot and cold... if you wait you'll have a cool dog and not so cold slaw.... still tasted great, but I know for next time. Dining room is good size and was very clean as well. Holiday decorations were nice to see as well. Grab the cherry wine soda... good with the Cajun fries.“

“The Impossible Whopper is Alpha-Gal safe!!! For me, that is, as each persons Alpha-Gal is unique to them. The Impossible Whopper is so good it will have you questioning if you're eating the real thing! I have eaten it cooked on the grill with no reactions but recently my allergy has gotten worse due to additional tick bites so I ask them to cook it in a hopper or the microwave and no longer order it with cheese. I still get it with mayo with no issues. It's so delicious! Taste & texture is so similar to real beef!“

“I got my food pretty quickly and even got an extra goody in the bag. I hadn't eaten Hardee's in a while but when I tastes the burger it was a really nice feeling. Tasted amazing and technically got it free because I signed up for the Hardee's app. Which you should do if you haven't already. It's worth it to have especially because you can get free food. Free food is good food.“

“Just ate here for lunch and the only reason I’m giving five stars is because of one worker (RANDY). he was super sweet and did not take any time to sit down or even get a break. He was the main person working and having to control the window during construction. Lady sitting down (in blue shirt/manager) in meeting was negative as HELL and needs to work in a different industry.“

“We went through the drive thru only waited a few minutes and the lady who took our order was super nice and very thorough. We got to the window the young lady greeted us and smiled and handed us our food. The food was fresh and hot and very delicious and I would definitely return to this location. “Drove by this location on a long travel. There was a stranger feeding a homeless and the associate was friendly during the transaction. That was good to see. There was a big spill of ice and water on the floor. An associate walked pass that area few times without putting a spill cone or putting even a paper towel on it. 10 mins later a dude came by to clean it up. Thats enough time for a person to slip and fall. Their whole milk ran out so i couldnt get hot latte. Otherwise the food that i got was in good standards.“

​What really stood out was the customer service. They informed me they were out of the Frappe I initially wanted, but the employee was quick to offer a generous solution, providing a large Iced Coffee in its place. This kind of thoughtful, proactive service is exactly what keeps me coming back.
