We recently enjoyed the Triangle Town Center Auntie Anne's with the freshest, bestest soft pretzels I've had in years! Ray Wilkins RUNS his store and as a customer I can surely tell that. The exceptionally flavorful and expertly cooked pretzels were prepared by an employee named Monterius and what a job he does. We have also had the same supposed pretzels at two other North Carolina AA locations and they were nothing compared to the Triangle guys.

Place needs to be shut down, the one upstairs is terrible, the customer service is terrible, everyone seems so uninterested in you. If you hate your job that much then find a new one it’s that simple. I work at the mall and I can promise you EVERY single time it’s terrible customer service. Ima start walking to the downstairs one just so I can avoid the staff upstairs
I had a very disappointing experience at this location and would not recommend it.
I went in to purchase almond pretzel nuggets and was told at the register that I was being charged for regular pepperoni nuggets instead. I stopped the transaction because that was not what I ordered. There was no clear signage on the menu indicating that almond nuggets were only available in a regular size, and there did not appear to be a proper register button for almond nuggets at all.

Auntie Anne's has improved a lot recently. Customers praise the fresh cinnamon nuggets and great customer service. Many recommend trying the mini dogs and Dip n’ Sip cup.
