“Spent the day exploring downtown Cary and came across this little bistro! Outside dining was great! Amazing food and friendly service! Sophia, my waitress was fantastic! Very friendly and attentive! The cocktail “The Butterfly Effect “ is just as good as it is pretty! The baked Brie and arugula/beet salad was delicious! Great find in Cary for sure!“
“The Bistro delivers a wonderful dining experience right inside the hotel. The menu offers great variety, and their signature burger always hits the spot. Between the delicious food and the fantastic margaritas and craft cocktails, it's hard to beat. The staff is incredibly welcoming to every guest making a stop in the RTP area.“
