“My wife and I stopped by prior to attending a concert. We often like to visit independent establishments rather than chain restaurants. The location is in a nice quiet area. The place is clean and the staff was very friendly. The food menu was really good and the beer list was great as well. We sat inside, but there was plenty of outdoor seating as well. Definitely, would visit this location again and recommend this to anyone who's looking for a nice little brewery with food options.“

They are one of the few breweries who have a Festbier (lighter), and an Oktoberfest style marzen (darker), in the same lineup during the Traditional Oktoberfest period of late Summer / early Fall. Both were very good.“

“Great location with lots of outdoor space. The inside smelt very strongly of hops, it’s a brewery, duuuuu, but the smell could be off putting to some people. The beer selection is nice, though I would recommend them upgrading the beer menu on the wall. It can be hard to read.“

“LBC was our first-ever brewery stop in Raleigh. Lucky us—we chose this place! The beer was great, the conversation with our beertender was a blast & they are dog-friendly inside to boot. Perfect! Brewers Bill & Andy are doing good work, so check these folks out. Pro tip: Don't pay for parking like I did. Park & lock your car, then go inside to scan for 3 hours of validated parking.“
