On Christmas eve I called Chai's Asian Bistro to inquire about their hours and if they would be taking carry out orders that evening. I was told they would accept orders until 8:45pm. They opened at 4:30. We arrived at 5:45. When the hostess greeted us, she said she didn't think they were taking anymore carry out orders but kindly offered to check. Seconds later, what appeared to be the owner came out shouting rudely to the crowd of customers "no more order! no more! no more!"...read full review
I find the food tasty and the staff friendly. I usually get takeout but have eaten at the restaurant and service is good either way. I've tried a variety of foods and all are done well.
