“Best fried chicken restaurant in Raleigh! I used to enjoy BBQ fried chicken when I lived in South Korea, and I'm so glad I found a BBQ chicken place here in Raleigh. I highly recommend the golden original and spicy original, with 양념 chicken sauce on the side.

This is like my 5th time coming here on my lunch. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! They never disappoint when it comes to appearance and the taste. Today, I went to go pick up an order that I placed online. When I arrived, the owner of the restaurant greeted me like she always does (hospitality is great!) but this time she told me that my order would take a little longer to prepare because she had to cook me an extra tender because there was one that was dropped in the fryer along with the others that looked skimpy. BOY OH BOY. Talk about going the extra mile!!!!!!!! Not only does she prepare every meal as if it was her own but her integrity is what made me a forever customer from this day forward. “I visited this location recently with my daughter who has experienced to a TBI and was recently out the hospital like two days ago. She had been there for four months upon our arrival the manager Mike was very observant. My daughter was saying she was extremely hungry. She did not want to wait to order. He immediately noticed a situation without asking any questions. He listened to what she said and was very patient and kind. Not taking away from the waitress cause she was extremely nice as well. The food was great and atmosphere was fantastic but most of all the customer service gets a 500+ with me..“

I used to do food delivery and the staff here was always very nice to me. I like the chicken that they serve even though I've been trying to eat less meat. It can be a bit hard to park in their parking lot, but it's not a Huge issue. The drove through is the way to go

“It is a good place to grab wings and go. I get it its Super Bowl Day, and they gonna be mad busy. I went in to pick up my order. I was told by Angela that they are behind 30 to 45 minutes , and they call me. I went in there like 30 to 40 minutes later to ask about my order Angela didn't even acknowledge me she just kept helping the people around till a lady next to me told her and she said I been here before that it's not ready whenever I heard I girl in the back say my order name and Angela didn't even look at the orders so this other girl tall skinny color she help me and ask for the name on the other and it was ready on the shelf. From my point of view, Angela can handle a crowd like that, her hands shaking and avoiding people that have been in the store checking up on their orders. That's not how you treat people, and where's the customer service from Angela. Again, I get it super bowl day and it is going to be busy, but still, you can't acknowledge people or acknowledge the people you want to. ANGELA is lucky I didn't splash her with a drink to make her night worse :)“
