Domino's Pizza in Raleigh

“In my 30 years of enjoying Domino's Pizza. There are three establishments that stand out without mentioning the first two because of the years past since I was last there My hats off off to the Domino's Pizza franchise on six forks road in Raleigh. Thank you for doing pizza right“

“I earned a free, 60 point, 1 topping large New York styled pizza. Once again I had trouble with my app but Brooklyn showed me how to select pay in store. I expressed my need to limit walking and she and others said I could've called it in also. They immediately offered to bring it out . The wait time was short.

Our only disappointment is that we pay for Preminum chicken but the amount of chicken on the pizza is slim. We barely had 2 pieces on each slice. It maybe a need to write corporate. Im assuming the local site is doing what they are told.

Their hospitaliity is to be commended, especially Brooklyn.“

“I’d like to recognize Alex for providing outstanding customer service. I placed an order through the app and, due to recent updates, accidentally selected the wrong pizza. Despite being in the middle of a busy rush, Alex was patient, understanding, and took the time to remake my order without hesitation. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond are greatly appreciated. Thank you, Alex!“

“If your looking for dominos this is a good location,2/21/26 sat 7:00pm, the manager working was great , there was a simple mistake and it was delivery but he got me a whole new order sent out really quick and the new food was perfect. Really appreciate this guy and service like this in general.“

“Used to go to Papa John's. There's a Hungry Howies close by that my kids like but I always get Dominoes. Honestly all the pizzas pretty much taste the same to me but this Dominoes is close by and they do Curbside delivery which is the deciding factor for me. They always get my order correct. Wish the pizza was cut a bit better, though, so I don't have to recut myself. I used to always get free pizzas because the curbside service took more than 2 minutes, but not recently. They get it to my car within a minute or less.“

“For a Dominos, this is 5 stars. I've never been a Dominos person but this location alone has changed my mind over the last few years. For what it's worth we always order pickup. The only time we've ever had an issue is when they had unscheduled maintenance one day. We usually get pizza from them a few times a month now.“

“I am a professional marketer and have used this location a number of times for very large orders. The ood has always been perfectly timed for pickup, it has always been hot, fresh and properly prepared. Sean and Craig are helpful and courteous every ime.“

“This is by far one of, if not the most, nicest Domino’s I’ve ordered from. The food is always great but most importantly, the staff are always welcoming and super friendly. If you’re looking for some good food with great service, I’d recommend this store :“

“Dominoes is great and I love the deals that they have. They have good wings and sauces to go with them. I like there ranch and also dip my pizza in it aswell. My brother likes the garlic sauce but overall dominoes is pretty good. The delivery on thenother hand did take quite a long time saying they left for delivery at 9 and got here at 10. I was tracking my order and was confused but i ended up getting it eventually and it was very good.“

“The food was perfect, an employee named Joe did an outstanding job when I ordered. The place was so busy , the team worked together and considering it was so busy I still got my food quickly and fresh n hot. Id tell any of my friends n fam to go to this domino's“

“Food was average Domimos. Mostly decent, out on time, a few over cooked.

They brought out the food, but didn't say anything , just looked at me, until I said my name 😳 and Came to the drivers door with 8 pizzas when the instructions said front passenger door. What?“

“We placed a large order at the Pleasant Valley, Raleigh location. I had to return to the restaurant as I thought the order was incorrect. Taren customer service was exceptional. She politely informed me of my mistake in the order, mistake in reading the receipt and was gracious to provided what I thought I ordered. My mistake twice and Taren got me out of hot water with my wife. Thank you!“

“We order delivery from here every now and then, they’re always very efficient! Tonight our delivery order was delivered to the wrong address, the woman (I wish I got her name) we spoke to was very kind and was quick to help correct the situation. The order was remade for us so fast! Mistakes happen and the employees handled this so well we will continue to come back! :)“

“Don't see why this location has such a low rating 🤔 10/18 @ 8pm the ENTIRE staff their was on point !! Got there a bit early and waited inside for around 8min.
To the store owner, please commend your staff in duty at this day and time, very impressed 🤘“

“I recently put a bad review for this Domino's and have had a lot of trouble with pizzas coming from the store the new manager Jonathan reached out to me and asked me to please give them another chance and credited my account for the last mistaken order I decided to give it another chance my pizzas came out perfect and in a timely manner and the customer service was great thanks Jonathan for putting in hard work and trying to turn this store around“

“We ordered 2 pizzas, sauce and a drink. The driver, Alexis was on time and very nice. When she realized that they forgot the sauces and drink she said she would go back and get them. I told her it wasn't necessary bit she insisted. She proceeded to drive back to the store for our missing sauces and drink. I gave her an extra cash trip because she went above and beyond to correct the stores error. I really appreciated the extra service.“

“Dee the Manager at this location was AMAZING! I misunderstood a new style of pizza that I ordered. Dee explained the difference in what I ordered and what I wanted to me. He was very patient and professional. I made the mistake and he rectified the problem with a smile. I would like for him to be recognized for a job well done.“
