“To this day I still can’t understand being 2 miles and 5 minutes away and them not delivering to my house. Regardless of that fact I like to try and tip even if I don’t dine in and not one person acknowledged me when I walked in or out. Keep in mind there were zero customers in the store. The only reason I left 4 stars is the speed and taste of the wrap.“

“I came in right before closing, so I honestly wasn’t expecting much but wow, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Jimmy John’s. The only woman working behind the counter (I wish I caught her name!) let us know the bread had just come out of the oven and that our pickup order would be ready in about 10 minutes. Myself and two other customers waited patiently, and when I got my order, it was absolutely worth it. The sandwich was probably the best I’ve had, and I’m usually a Jersey Mike’s regular. I was 100% satisfied and genuinely happy I stopped in, even as a last-minute visit. I’ll be back.“
