I had to read the other reviews to make sure it wasn’t just me. Clearly this business has a reputation for poor service like I’ve experienced multiple times. The management should be ashamed. McDonald's, a renowned fast-food chain, continues to offer a diverse menu that caters to various tastes. Customers generally have positive experiences, praising the freshness of the food and the friendly service provided by the staff. However, there have been occasional mix-ups with orders, such as missing condiments or incorrect item selections. The restaurant has recently introduced self-service kiosks, which some customers find convenient, while others miss the personal interaction with staff. The quality of the food, particularly the fries, can be inconsistent, with some customers reporting issues with seasoning or overcooking. Customers express a preference for visiting during off-peak hours when the staff is more experienced. Despite these occasional challenges, McDonald's remains a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal, with many customers expressing their willingness to return.
